some of you scary music freaks might remember stacy as the lead singer of a girl group called wild orchid. they never really hit, but i always thought stacy had amazing pipes. when i heard "shut up" from black eyed peas on the raid for the firs time, i was confinced it was stacy singing but figured "yeah right. that'd be the day" it is stacy, she's the band's new lead singer and i think it's awesome that someone who has struggled in the music industry for 8+ years without a hit to call her own is now out there getting mad props. give it up. this girl has pipes.

I think you are wrong too because Jamel is right her name is fergie. But I remember Wild Orchid and I loved them because she did have tight vocals.

The blonde chick from Wild Orchid had an amazing voice! And there was a remix to their song "Talk To Me" that I used to love!
They had an acapella Christmas video that comes on every December, so be on the lookout for that.
Also, Fergie was on the hit tv show Kids Incorporated. lol

i'm sure about the info; the black eyed peas came here 2 months ago on the radio where i work; i did an interview with them; they suck! bad behaviour, unkind with me, though i was cool with them;anyway, i like shut up more than where is the loveé;and they 're touring actually with justin here in europe; i saw them last week when justin came here in paris; the show sucked, compared to christina who rocket the stage!go christina!

No I'm right. Fergie is short for Ferguson - and if you check all the Wild Orchid fan sites, they report that it's her. Regardless, her vocals are amazing and I think we should support her - I'm gonna go get BEP's new disc today because of it.

i met her three years ago when she was with wild orchid and say her sing "amazing grace" a capella live ... she should duet with deb. amazing pipes. and nice as can be too.

It definatly is her, Ross is right Fergie is short for Ferguson. I saw the BEP's live a few weeks ago in the UK, (They were supporting Christina Aguilera) and 'Fergie' really does have an amazing voice. Shes better live than recorded. I also read yesterday she is planning her solo album! Cant wait for that!

picked up the album yesterday and anyone who loves deb should pick it up. fergie has a big, thick voice like our deb, and since so few women can really sang it like that anymore, i was seriously impressed.

omg - i was at a club in sd tonight and stacy stopped by for a surprise, solo performance. she sang shut up, which was hot, and she also ang talk to me from wild orchid. but what did she close with? a club performance of "oh holy night." she tore the roof off the joint" her voice is so powerful, so clear. go stacy.
